Anxiety disorders can range from annoying to utterly debilitating. The physical experience of anxiety (racing heartbeat, flushed face, excessive sweating, etc.) can be embarrassing and erode one’s self-confidence.  In treating anxiety disorders, I pull from 8 different treatment modalities to reduce symptoms and level of distress.   I offer exercises and techniques for clients to practice at home.
